Windows 10 gets a cumulative update KB3093266
Microsoft has released a new update for Windows 10 with an identification marking KB3093266, which is another rollup size 505 MB for the 64-bit version of the operating system 226 MB for it 32-bit.
As usual, the company did not go into details regarding the changes that brings the new update, but only mentioned that KB3093266 contains «improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10».
Since the update is cumulative, it includes all previously released updates. That is your computer will be downloaded and installed only the new hotfixes in this package, if you installed the previous patches.
Currently the company is working on the first major update, codenamed Threshold 2 and plans to release somewhere in November. With it, the operating system will acquire both functional and some of the visual innovations. Until then, Microsoft will release only here such a cumulative update for fixing bugs and improving stability on Windows 10.
