The free version of OneNote 2013 was updated with new features
OneNote is considered one of the best software from Microsoft and is constantly popular choice among users worldwide who use it on smartphones, computers and other devices to create notes, tasks and much more.
Earlier desktop version of the tool were only available in the paid Microsoft Office, but since March of last year, the company started to offer it separately for free, but with some limitations in terms of available features. However, many users criticized Microsoft for the fact that this version doesn’t include all functionality that is available in OneNote from the Microsoft Office package, and Office 365 subscribers.
The software giant has finally responded to these negative comments, completely lifting all restrictions. Thanks to this, users of the free version of OneNote 2013 will be able to benefit from the additional options that were previously not available to them.
First of all, it should be noted the ability to password protect individual sections of your notebooks. Also, now available is the feature to record voice and video notes as well as the ability to search by keyword, only by voice.
