Samsung Galaxy TabPro S: slim and stylish tablet with Windows 10
Microsoft has a Surface Pro and Apple iPad Pro. Samsung apparently decided it was time to return to battle Pro-device at CES 2016, the company unveiled its Galaxy TabPro S. the Device has a slim profile, 12-inch, Super AMOLED display and running the operating system Windows 10. And to be most convenient for work, tablet has a detachable keyboard (will be included) and a stylus.
The new tablet from Samsung is thinner and lighter (693 g vs 713 g) than the Surface Pro 4. However, this «diet» has its price – unlike the Surface, the TabPro’s can boast an equally rich set of ports. Actually he only has one USB Type-C, but the Korean manufacturer promises to release an additional hub, which will feature HDMI, USB Type A and USB Type-C.
12-inch Super AMOLED display in Galaxy TabPro S has a resolution of 2160×1440 pixels. He is very bright with impressive colours and viewing angles are wide enough for comfortable work and consumption of multimedia content, reports The Verge.
The tablet has no fingerprint reader. Instead, the company has developed software that allows to use the sensor on the Galaxy to unlock the Galaxy TabPro S.
In terms of hardware, the device looks very good. A dual-Core Intel Core m3-6Y30, which is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal memory SSD. There are also two 5-Megapixel camera, located respectively on the front and the rear. The tablet is equipped with a battery of 5200 mAh, which, according to Samsung, provides up to 10 hours of battery life.
It is expected that the sale of the Galaxy TabPro S will appear in February, although prices are still unknown. The market will be available as a model with Wi-Fi and the version with LTE.
