Microsoft will release Windows 9 in April next year
Now Microsoft is working on an interim update Update 1 for Windows 8.1, but the company has big plans for the next major edition of Windows. According to the publication Floor Tarrot on the Windows SuperSite, the first details about the next version of Windows Microsoft will share at the Build conference in April 2014.
Previously, we learned that an American company is preparing to launch the updates, codenamed Threshold in April 2015 However, the latest data indicate that the update will be called Windows 9. So the company tries to distance itself from the Windows 8 version, which received mixed user reviews.
According to Paul Carrota, Microsoft will announce that the development of Threshold will begin in April, and the final version in April next years we will see three interim release. It indicates that the Threshold will further bring together the Windows and Windows Phone, and will offer a second version of the user interface Metro.
