Microsoft renews monthly updates for Xbox One: new to be released in February
Monthly updates for Xbox One is back, as promised, Microsoft at the end of last year. Recall that in 2014 the system console was added over 100 improvements through these updates, which were suspended in December. But this pause has got an end date in February the company will release a new system update with the game center (Game Hubs), which will be the main novelty of the update.
Activity centres are a new menu that will provide more information about each of the games on the console. When you sign in to game center the title you will see the successes achieved by you in this game, as well as their comparison with the achievements of your friends. In addition, you will have access to additional content: a video and streaming or profiles of the leading players in the game.
Also, the update will improve the visual quality of the main menu. In particular, it will be added support for transparent tiles – change, rumors of which appeared a few weeks ago.
Finally, you will add some improvements to TV function of the Xbox One. For example, there will be more coverage of the trends on TV, a feature that shows you which programs most commented on Twitter in different countries with the new update will be added Mexico, Brazil, France and Germany. It will also expand support of models of remote controls, and Xbox One users who have Xbox One Digital TV can transmit television broadcast on the screens of devices with Windows Phone and Android (support for this feature will be added for UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain).
As already mentioned, all these changes will be available in February for most users, but if you participate in the test program, you can get them now, in their preliminary version.
