Microsoft has offered Samsung using Windows RT in tablets with Android

Recently there were rumors that Microsoft «cares» for it, so she agreed to release dual-boot devices with Windows Phone and Android. According to a new rumor, a similar offer was made to other market leaders – Samsung and Huawei. Interestingly, the Koreans from Samsung was also prompted to install Windows RT in their tablets.

Of course, when we are talking about secret talks between the giants of the market, we can never be sure what is true and what is not, but it is reported that the software giant has reached agreement on the following tablet Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2.

Overall, the idea is not so bad, but might be a memory problem due to the presence in a single device for Windows RT and tablet TouchWiz on Android because the platform is from Microsoft and Samsung signature interface have large requirements in this regard. Windows RT requires 16 GB of memory, and the beautiful TouchWiz requires about 10 GB (that’s without taking account of Android). Thus, if to put it all in a tablet with 32 GB of internal memory, the user will be available approximately 6 GB.

Maybe HTC will reject Microsoft’s offer, citing large problems that is now experiencing the company, but Samsung as a responsible company in the market, it can afford such an experiment, especially because the software giant will not charge for a license to use Windows RT/Windows Phone and will take care of all costs optimization of operating systems for normal operation on the hardware of modern Android devices.

Again, this is just a rumor, but there is no smoke without fire, so the rumors are not accidental.
