Microsoft have created a custom keyboard for Android Wear
The new Microsoft is not only limited to its own Windows operating system and aims to cover different platforms, even for smart watches. Recently, the company released OneNote for Android Wear from Google, and now she introduced her keyboard all for the same platform.
Analog keyboard for Android Wear from Microsoft is the prototype of a custom keyboard that allows users to enter text on the screen by handwriting method. The software is at an early stage of development and the company notes that the current version (0.1) only supports square screens with a resolution of 320×320 pixels and Motorola Moto 360.
The idea for Microsoft is pretty obvious: although the technology of speech recognition are very advanced, they are still far from perfect, and from time to time, especially in a noisy environment, the text is much easier to type than trying to speak loud voice.
