Lenovo is preparing a tablet with Windows Yoga and QHD display
Today at the event in Sofia, Bulgaria, Lenovo has introduced on the local market several new devices including ultrabook ThinkPad X1 Carbon, a business tablet ThinkPad 8 and Yoga Tablet with improved display.
In addition to information about the Bulgarian prices for these devices, the company has shared some of his plans for the future and even announced that it is preparing the extension of the series Yoga in the direction of the Windows. This year the company will introduce several new models of Yoga with the operating system from Microsoft, including a model with ultra-high resolution screen.
In the third quarter of 2014, Lenovo promises to show the next edition of the Yoga tablet with Android, which will be equipped with a QHD display with a resolution of 2560×1440. Perhaps the most interesting thing is that before the end of the year we should see models with Windows on the basis of this design of Yoga. The Chinese manufacturer will offer 8-and 10.1-inch models with Full HD resolution and the tablet Yoga 13.3″ IPS QHD display, which sounds impressive. Each device will receive processor Atom Bay Trail-T and 8-Megapixel camera.
Details are expected later this year, when the company will introduce these devices officially. Now they are in the road map company, so before the official release a lot can change.
