As a business version of Windows 10 will always remain relevant
Corporate version of Windows 10 will include new Windows Update for Business, which will make updating the system more controllable and cheap, reports TechRadar.
A new mechanism for delivering updates will be based on the model of Windows as a Service (Windows service) and will allow companies to completely control which updates should be installed. At the same time, Windows Update for Business will offer full automation of the upgrade process and will help to reduce maintenance costs.
Windows Update for Business will allow each company to divide all employees into categories and then to determine when and which categories of employees should receive new updates for Windows 10. In addition, the updates can be configured to automatically set at night or, conversely, you can prohibit the installation of updates at certain periods of time when the company needs the full capacity of its technical base (that is, when he can’t afford a system restart).
Also Windows Update for Business will allow you to upgrade to Windows 10 even on computers, which individually are not connected to the Internet, according to the principle of P2P (peer-to-peer). It is expected that the same method will be used for updates and other products from Microsoft, such as Office software, for example.
