Extension Turn Off The Lights is now available for Microsoft Edge
Last week on Thursday, Microsoft released a new preview version of Windows 10 at number 14291, which finally brought support for extensions for the browser Edge. Initially it was available only three extensions – translator from Microsoft, Mouse Gestures and the Reddit Enhancement Suite (you can download from the company website), a day later came the extension Tweeten, and now arrived another.
Turn off the lights is a very popular extension that dims the page content around the player when watching videos on the Internet. As a result, the viewing becomes more convenient since there is a complete focus on video. Download this extension on GitHub.
Meanwhile, despite the fact that adaptation to the Edge of the existing extensions for other browsers is a fairly simple task, Microsoft plans to make it even easier. The company has already confirmed that it is working on automatic conversion tool Chrome extensions for any Edge, although at the moment it’s not finished yet and does not support all APIs.
