Changing the display fonts in Windows
If you use liquid crystal monitors (LCD), font in Windows looks too sharp. To change the font and make it more smooth and readable, you can use a special technology ClearType. After downloading and installing, the icon appears in the control panel with the name ClearType Tuning:
When you run Cleartype, You can customize the display font as You like.
Starting with Windows XP, cleartype is already present. Using the built-in technology in Windows XP You cannot customize the display of fonts on screen more details. In order to enable Cleartype in Windows XP, go to START -> SETTINGS -> CONTROL PANEL -> DISPLAY -> APPEARANCE -> EFFECTS and select the tab use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts effect CLEARTYPE.
